Handmade in Maleny – Christmas Fair 2018
A chance for unique gift shopping.
It’s that time of year again when the Maleny Arts and Crafts group present their Christmas Crafts Fair “Handmade in Maleny”
Opening on Friday 23rd November at 9am, and running through Saturday24th and Sunday 25th, this highly acclaimed annual exhibition and sale of locally made handcrafts and artworks is not to be missed.
The fair is held at the Maleny Community Centre, 23 Maple Street, right in the centre of the town.
Maleny is known nationally and internationally for its concentration of artists and craftspeople, so the quality of the gifts on display at the Christmas Fair is exceptional! With thirteen different craft groups there is something for everyone, including fashion clothing and accessories, jewellery, home-wares, woodcraft, glass, pottery and fine art all made by local artisans. There’s even food on offer with chutneys and jams for sale. This is your opportunity to support local artists by purchasing unique, locally made gifts for friends and family.
Win a beautiful hand-made prize.
Each year there is a beautiful, hand made raffle prize that is showcased at the Fair, with tickets on sale at the fair and the winning ticket to be drawn on Sunday afternoon 25th November.
